Certificates Required

Candidates appearing for counseling shall produce the following certificates in ORIGINAL:

 1. EAMCET Rank card & Hall ticket

2. Marks Memorandum of Intermediate or its equivalent

3. Memo of SSC or its equivalent

4. Study Certificates from VIth class to Intermediate.

5. Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate or its equivalent in respect of Candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education

6. Integrated Community certificate issued by the competent authority and Father's caste Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates

7. Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of Non local candidates.

8. Latest Income certificate issued by M.R.O. in case of SC/ST/BCC candidates if they claim exemption of tuition fee.

9. In case of Non-Local candidates, Service Certificate of Father or Mother if they are employed in Central Govt./State Govt./Quasi Govt./Public Sector

10. NCC/Sports/PH/CAP certificates in support of their claim for admission under these categories

In addition to the above certificates, candidates are advised to bring the following certificates to facilitate verification of caste claims. S.T./S.C./B.C Welfare Department Officials will refer these certificates if required.

1. Father's caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates

2. Attested copy of Service Register (S.R) of Father in case of SC/ST/BC candidates if father is employed in Govt. /Public Sector.

3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution where the candidate has last studied.

Candidates who have already taken admission and attending for sliding have to bring the Provisional Allotment Order, Fee Receipt, Receipt of Certificates issued to them and also any other certificates (mentioned above) applicable to them, which they have not submitted earlier.
